At Nassau National Cable, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, un-cut condition. Please ensure all wire and cable products are inspected upon delivery before installation to facilitate a smooth return process.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.
Ship the Return
Send the package via a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
